#197 x 2, C# pay 12 cent (2 cents overpaid) rate for September 29, 1933 air mail cover from Vancouver to Denmark. Paris Oct 1933 airmail transit backstamp and Copenhagen October 11, 1933 Luftpost receiver. Cover flown Vancouver to New York, then ship to Europe. Rate including airmail from Paris should have been 16 cents, so cover flown from Paris to Copenhagen for 2 cents (4 cents underpaid). An attractive cover.

#243 x 2 pay the 30 cents per half ounce Trans-Atlantic airmail rate plus the 10 cents registration fee on this cover which was opened and checked by the "Foreign Exchange Control Board" in Canada, at Toronto and was then censored in England by the British. Cover mailed at Toronto Sub No.134. Rough opening at bottom, where the envelope has a small piece missing. Was stamped "passed for export" bottom left in the same colour ink as the registration handstamp, then opened and checked at head office before cover left Toronto.

No evidence of any German censorship.

1943 Sweden 8 cent part-airmail rate. #'s 249x2, 252x2 pay the 8 cent postcard rate for air mail within Canada plus surface delivery to Europe plus airmail within Europe, from Halifax on January 25, 1943 to Gothenbburg, Sweden. War time postcards are quite scarce as letters could be sent for 5 cents surface or 10 cents airmail.

Routing via "Port Huron & Chigo RPO Train 17" on March 17 plus Chicago Air Mail Field also on March 17. Re-directed in San Francisco with a "Forwarded on Order 325-M" handstamp. Stained & a few wrinkles from the trip, but still a very scarce rate.
